The Service generates hypothetical projections, scores, rankings, and "what-if" scenarios from simplified mathematical models and the assumptions you enter. These outputs are for general educational and entertainment purposes only. They are not personalized advice and do not account for your complete financial situation, risk tolerance, tax position, legal circumstances, or goals.

Using the Service does not create any advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, accountant-client, attorney-client, or other professional relationship between you and us. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, tax preparer, or law firm, and we do not hold ourselves out as any of these.

All figures are hypothetical and illustrative. Past performance and historical averages do not guarantee future results. We make no representation or warranty that any projected outcome, salary, return, ranking, score, or timeline will be achieved or is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for you. You agree not to rely on the Service as the basis for any decision, and you assume all risk of any action you choose to take.

You acknowledge that financial, career, and life decisions carry inherent risk, including the risk of lost income, lost savings, and other financial or personal harm. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks arising from your use of the Service and any decision you make in connection with it.

Some content relies on third-party data, public datasets, and general assumptions (for example tax brackets, cost-of-living figures, and salary ranges). Such data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and we do not independently verify or guarantee it.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Don't misuse the Service, attempt to break its security, scrape it, or use it to harm others.

Paid plans unlock additional analysis features. Pricing and inclusions are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Paid features are still educational estimates and are covered by these same disclaimers. Where required by law, you may be entitled to a refund — contact us if something isn't right.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will PerspectaMind, its owners, operators, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of income, profits, savings, opportunity, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any decision you make based on it — including decisions to quit a job, change careers, relocate, or invest — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) US $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PerspectaMind and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your decisions, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence to the extent those laws require, and otherwise by applicable law where the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
